PAUL MARCARELLI: Paul is most recognizable from his steady work over the past twelve years as an actor in commercials. Since 2002, he has appeared in hundreds of national spots for Verizon Wireless, portraying the ubiquitous "Test Man" character, earning him the dubious honor of being named the Most Intriguing Pitchman of 2002 Entertainment Weekly. A founding member of the non-profit theater company Mobius Group, he was involved in the New York staging of the lesser-known works of some of theater's most influential playwrights. With Mobius, he co-produced and appeared in Warren Leight's The Loop, Eric Bogosian's Scenes From The New World, Richard Nelson's Jitterbugging, Wendy MacLeod's The House of Yes, and Elmer Rice's The Adding Machine, which won the Award for Overall Excellence at the NEw York International Fringe Festival in 2001. Marcarelli has produced the sold-out and critically-acclaimed New York productions of Bridezilla Strikes Back, and Semi-Permanent, both winners of the Award for Outstanding Solo Show at FringeNY in 2005 and 2007 respectively. His screenplay for the feature film The Green was named a finalist in the 2009 NewFest NewDraft Screenwriting Competition. Marcarelli lives in Connecticut.
MOLLY PEARSON: Molly is a New York City based theater and film producer. She is the co-founder and co-Artistic Director of Partial Comfort Productions, a nonprofit ensemble that the New York Times has dubbed "the little company that could", and is also a Partner at Table Ten Films.She is a producer on "The Green", a feature film starring Julia Ormond, Jason Butler Harner, Cheyenne Jackson, Illeana Douglas, Karen Young and Bill Sage, and is also currently in development on more film projects via Table Ten. Over the past 8 seasons with Partial Comfort, Molly has produced over 15 original plays, numerous staged readings, and the theatrical event, The Battle of the Bards. Partial Comfort Productions was profiled in an article in the New York Times Arts section, produced one of the ten best plays of 2009 (The Bereaved/ Time Out New York) and also 2010 (A Bright New Boise/New York Magazine) and has produced multiple New York Times Critic's Picks productions. Molly is the producer of the short films, "Lovesick" (sold to Mini Movie International, Paris, France), "Love Is Hell" and "All Night", which were screened at (among others): The Charlotte Film Festival, Southern Winds Film Festival, Red Bank Film Festival, Cape Fear Independent Film Festival, New Filmmakers Screening Series both in LA & NYC, the UK's Raindance Film Festival and France's Claremont Ferrand. Molly has worked in the story department at both Disney/Buena Vista and the Disney Channel, and was the Marketing Director for the 2nd National Asian American Theater Festival (NYC/Fall 2009). Molly holds a BA from the New School, and an MFA in Film Production from Columbia University (where she was a recipient of the prestigious annual Arthur Krim Memorial Award). Training also includes the Commercial Theater Institute's 2009 14-week commercial theater producing program. Molly lives in Brooklyn with her husband and son.
